Research: oversees all research related ethics, training, data collection, data entry, submission to Duke for  analysis, interpretation, documentation and dissemination leading to informing policy with evidence based findings eg orphans care policy.

 

Outreach and Community Services: coordinates service delivery interventions for community empowerment, networking, social access and  for economic transformation.

 

Finance and Administration: coordinates and manages in a participatory manner the financial, material and human resources of the organization to ensure effective and joint accountability.
